Paul Garnet Henderson, born on January 28, 1943, in Kincardine, Ontario, is a Canadian ice hockey player who played as a left wing. He played thirteen seasons in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Atlanta Flames. However, he remains best known for scoring the winning goal against the USSR in the eighth and final game of the 1972 Summit Series.
